Temp to Perm
An option to direct hire is the temporary to permanent solution. Our temp to perm services is the same rigorous targeted search for a candidate that meets your exacting requirements. Once found, that candidate is placed with you in the role specified as a temporary employee for a period of up to 90 days. This allows you to evaluate the candidate upfront and can assure you that the employee is the right fit when hired full-time.

Safety & Compliance
Providing a safe and compliant temporary labour force is our top priority. Every person applying to ACCESS goes through a comprehensive evaluation and training program. They are tested on WHMIS, language proficiency, basic math, health and safety, on-the-job harassment, and injury and fall protection. Our drivers are certified on various trucks, and we work with your team for any on-site testing requirements.
